Visas
The Lebanese Consulate General in Dubai provides the following Visa services
Make sure to provide all the required documents or any other document that the consulate deems necessary to review, knowing that the approval shall be subject to the authority of the Head of Mission or his delegate.
Required documents
- The visa application[CO1] . (form can be filled here and printed out, or manually at the consulate)
- 1 passport-size photo
- Passport valid for at least six months with 1 copy of it
- A copy of the UAE residence, valid for at least six months.
- A no objection letter from the sponsor in the UAE, mentioning the duration of stay in Lebanon.
- Copy of the commercial license if the applicant is an investor or a partner.
- A confirmed hotel reservation or an invitation from Lebanon with a copy of his passport, indicating the full address in Lebanon with a telephone number.
- A roundtrip non-refundable ticket
- Bank statement for the last three months.
To apply for a business visa:
Required documents

- An invitation from the host company in Lebanon stating the purpose of the visit

the stay duration, and the monthly salary
To apply for a business visa:
Required documents
- The visa application. (form can be filled here and printed out, or manually at the consulate)
- 1 passport-size photo
- Passport valid for at least six months with 1 copy of it
- A copy of the UAE residence, valid for at least six months.
- A copy of the sponsor’s passport if he is a family member.
- No objection letter from the sponsor, whether an Emirati citizen or a company, provided that the letter includes the name of the person who will accompany the visa applicant and a copy of his passport
Note
If the sponsor is Lebanese and his residence is on his Lebanese passport or he is a GCC national, the domestic worker can obtain the visa at Beirut airport upon arrival provided that She/he is accompanied by the sponsor.
1- Visa from the Consulate
The Visa file review that does not require prior approval from the Lebanese General Security requires 4 working days
2- Prior approval of the General Security
Holders of a Palestinian Authority passport, an Egyptian or Syrian travel document or a Jordanian passport without a national number, must apply for a visa through this Consulate to obtain the prior approval from the General Security in Lebanon, which requires a period of 6 to 8 weeks.

- Bank statement for the last three months (only if applying for a tourist visa)
Visas Exemption and Upon arrival at Beirut

a- Visa Exemption: Nationals of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia - United Arab Emirates - State of Kuwait - Sultanate of Oman - State of Qatar - Kingdom of Bahrain) and nationals of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan who hold the national number on their passports are exempt from visas along with their family members, domestic workers, drivers and escorts.
- Domestic workers, drivers and escorts are required to have a valid UAE residence permit
b- Visa Upon Arrival: Visas are granted at
Rafik Hariri International Airport and borders centers for a period of one
month, renewable up to three months for nationals of the following countries
coming for tourism: Non-Gulf Arab countries and to nationals of the following
countries coming for tourism:
Tunisia, Algeria, Comoros,Sudan,Somalia,Iraq, Egypt, Morocco, Yemen/Ivory
Coast, Nigeria and Ghana.
Provided that the following conditions are met:
- Round trip ticket
- Hotel or a full and clear private address with a telephone number in Lebanon
- The passenger is to be holding $2,000.00 in cash
c- Nationals of the following countries can obtain
visas from the Lebanese Consulate General in Dubai:
