- Recent individual civil extract (dated not earlier than three months)
- Fees: 225 AED in cash
- Non-objection for acquisition of more than one nationality
- Application form . (filled out either online and printed out or manually at the consulate)
- Original Passport with one copy.
- Fees: 225 AED in cash
- Affidavit of being alive
- Application form. (filled out either online and printed out or manually at the consulate)
- Original Passport with one copy.
- The applicant must be present in person.
- Fees: 150 AED in cash
- Pledge for Sponsorship in UAE
- Download the Pledge form . (2 copies, filled and printed out)
- The applicant should be present in person at the consulate to sign the printed pledge form.
- The consulate certifies the applicant signature.
- Fees: 460 AED in cash

The Lebanese Consulate General attests the documents in two cases only:
1- Documents issued by Lebanese authorities and attested by the Lebanese Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Emigrants.

Fees: 75 AED in cash
2- Documents issued by the UAE and attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
