Lebanon Consulate General in Dubai, and according to the Lebanese Directorate General of General Security, announces that it is possible to renew (handwritten renewal):

• Lebanese Electronic Passports model "2003" (old navy blue) for one year (as currently applied) or two years in handwriting
• Lebanese Electronic Travel Documents model "2016" (Brown Color) for Palestinian refugees in Lebanon for two years by handwriting

Fees: 225 AED in cash (1 year) and 450 AED in cash (2 years).

Note that these passports and travel documents will be withdrawn by the Lebanese General Security upon entry to Lebanon. A biometric passport or a new biometric travel document must be duly obtained.
